Spanning portions of both Phoenix and Scottsdale, the sizable Arcadia area is home to some of the more desirable (and expensive) homes in the greater Phoenix area.

Despite its calm ambiance, the area is well-suited to a busy lifestyle due to its proximity to tremendous shopping and dining, as well as services of all kinds in and around Biltmore Fashion Park, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Fashion Center. The district is also positioned only a 10-15 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, making travel close and convenient. 

Although Arcadia is located near numerous amenities, it is important to reiterate that the area retains a neighborhood atmosphere thanks to the canal that skirts its south side, as well as the path of roads passing more around the area than through it.
