Arcadia

Arcadia epitomizes relaxed, yet approachable luxury.

Welcome to Arcadia

Overview

Spanning portions of both Phoenix and Scottsdale, the sizable Arcadia area is home to some of the more desirable (and expensive) homes in the greater Phoenix area.

Exploring different streets in Arcadia yields a mixture of newer and older homes of varying sizes. However, the continuity of the district is manifested through a feeling of homesites that are often spacious and upscale, yet neighborly.

Although many types of homes can be found in the area, the past few years have showcased the arrival of contemporary designs, including the popular Modern Farmhouse styling, which fits the area perfectly. Lush lawns and clean landscaping bring these homes to life and give them an incredibly calm and inviting air.

Location & Lifestyle

Of course, one of the crown jewels of many Arcadia homes is the view of the iconic Camelback Mountain from the plain beneath. The mountain’s proximity brings a delightful “valley” feel to the area, which brings an air of relaxed seclusion from the busyness of the neighboring cities. Arcadia’s luxurious neighborhood feel and lack of major through traffic makes it an excellent home base for families where strolling the quiet streets is secure and comfortable.

Despite its calm ambiance, the area is well-suited to a busy lifestyle due to its proximity to tremendous shopping and dining, as well as services of all kinds in and around Biltmore Fashion Park, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Fashion Center. The district is also positioned only a 10-15 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, making travel close and convenient.

Although Arcadia is located near numerous amenities, it is important to reiterate that the area retains a neighborhood atmosphere thanks to the canal that skirts its south side, as well as the path of roads passing more around the area than through it.

Conclusion

Arcadia epitomizes relaxed, yet approachable luxury. From a family-friendly environment to access to incredible shopping and dining, the area is truly one of the most beautiful and enjoyable locations in the entire Phoenix metropolitan area.
