David earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Arizona and began his career in the financial industry, assisting high-net-worth clients with their investment needs. He later transitioned into construction, gaining hands-on experience in home renovations, property flips, carpentry, and structural engineering inspections. This diverse background spanning client-focused roles and the practical demands of construction equips him with a valuable, well-rounded perspective on the real estate process.
